We offer free standard shipping on all of our orders within the continental United States. Our production turnaround is 10 Business Days from approval to print.

Tracking Numbers are sent out via e-mail once the package has been labeled for shipping. If for some reason you have not received a tracking number, please contact us and we will help resolve this issue.

In the event that we experience delays with any of our processes and that the expected shipping date is changed, we will reach out to our customers to alert them of said changes or estimated delays. OR Action Graphics USA LLC. which operates this website, are not liable for any packages that are lost or damaged once they are labeled for shipping. We are also not responsible for the actions and/or delays caused by the carrier in charge of shipping.

In an effort to provide the best possible service does not disclose which carriers it will use ahead of time. Many factors go into deciding which shipping carrier to use such as time-frame and shipping prices.

If you would like premium or expedited shipping we will be more than happy to assist you with that. There will be a premium/expedited fee that will be attached to the normal price. Please note that we are here to serve you as our greatly appreciated customer, we at do not Upcharge any of the shipping/freight charges should you decide to use this service.

We would ask that if you have received a tracking number and have questions in regard to that package, to please contact the carrier first. If you are unable to reach the carrier or get an appropriate answer to your issue, we will be glad to take your call and assist you in any way possible. Any information that we would give regarding the said package would strictly be information that we would obtain via the respective carrier.


Each order is carefully inspected and packaged to match the invoice prior to being shipped. In the event that an order was received in which mistakes were made such as but limited to: Wrong sizes, wrong amounts, wrong color, print defects etc.. will gladly do what is necessary to correct the order. We only ask that if there is an issue with an order received please notify us immediately. The sooner we are able to address the situation the more options we have to rectify the issue(s).

If a return is deemed necessary, the items must be sent back in the exact state in which they were received. Our return request form must be included with the package before it is sent back to us in order for us to keep track.

If an order is cancelled in the time frame between final proof approval and when the garments are ready to run on the press, a refund may be issued and a re-stocking fee may also be applied.
